The latest episode of Kumkum Bhagya starts with Mr. Choubey buying a black outfit for Ranbir's wedding. Maya's mother notices Ranbir and Prachi together and gets irritated. She speaks about it to Mr. Choubey who ignores it and says that he does not want to talk about it.
On the other hand, Shahana and Sarita Behen also speak of the relationship between Ranbir and Prachi. When Shahana asks if the two truly love each other Sarita Behen says yes. She also says that the two of them are hiding their love from each other. Shahana disagrees and asks Sarita Behen to bet on Prachi and Ranbir's relationship.
Back in the mall, Ranbir is still flirting. This time with a shopkeeper. Both Maya and Prachi get jealous. Maya interrupts and gets furious at the shopkeeper. She asks the shopkeeper to stop flirting with Ranbir. Prachi too gets angry at Ranbir. She asks him not to flirt with just about everyone. Ranbir dismisses her saying he has always been like this and asks Prachi not to interrupt him.
Maya later notices Ranbir and Prachi flirting and gets enraged. While leaving the mall Maya refuses to go with Ranbir and instead goes with her mother. In a shocking moment, Maya says she no longer wants to marry Ranbir. When Ranbir hears this he gets happy. However, Maya's mother is also angry now. She shouts at Maya and says that marriage preparations are already on and the wedding can't get cancelled.
At the end of the episode, Maya confronts Prachi about her relationship with Ranbir. Maya asks if Prachi loves Ranbir. Prachi first ignores the question but later to please Maya she denies Maya's claims.
