'Kushi' Release Date Moved From Christmas 2022 To 2023

The makers of Vijay Deverakonda and Samantha Ruth Prabhu-starrer 'Kushi' have delayed the release of the film due to multiple reasons.

'Kushi' Release Date Moved From Christmas 2022 To 2023

The release of 'Kushi,' starring Vijay Deverakonda and Samantha Ruth Prabhu, has been postponed. The film was supposed to be released this Christmas, but it has been postponed for various reasons.

 
'Kushi' star Vijay Deverakonda told a news channel: "We have done close to 60 percent of the filming. We had planned to release the film in December. However, due to various factors, it has now been postponed until next year. We are now targeting a February 2023 delivery date."
 
Vijay also admitted to having a crush on Samantha back in college. ''It was a beautiful experience to be a part of this film. I think I was in my degree college when I saw Samantha on the big screen for the first time and I was straight away in love with her. Now, to be able to do a movie with her and create some magic is a satisfying feeling, and she is a great actress. So, I’m eagerly waiting to bring Kushi to the world.''
 
'Kushi,' meanwhile, was directed by Shiva Nirvana. Murali Sharma, Lakshmi, Ali, Rohini, Jayaram, Sachin Khedakar, Vennela Kishore, Rahul Ramakrishna, Srikanth Iyengar, and Saranya will play pivotal parts in 'Kushi,' which will be released concurrently in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam. The music is composed by Hesham Abdul Wahab of 'Hrudayam' fame.
