2) Look at the positive: Arav
Contestant Arav asks people to look at the positives. He says, " So, yes, we are in lockdown and we can’t change anything about it. But what are we going to take away from this situation? Are you going to be whining or do things that keep you sane and happy? I live alone in Chennai, but I got my parents here to stay with me during this period. Spend time with family, talk to them and share all that stuff that you’ve always wanted to tell them."
3) Do the things you been postponing: Yashika Aannand

She adds, " I have taken up various tasks every day and have been ticking them off one by one. Set an agenda and do the things that you’ve been putting off for a while now. Pick up new skills and hone existing ones. Don’t worry about not meeting your friends. For, there are apps now to party, play games and chat with friends online."
4) Keep yourself occupied: Mahat
Mahat advises people to keep themselves occupied with activities. He adds, " For those who are with their family, it’s the best time to bond with them. Do yoga and meditation. Also, educate yourself by listening to podcasts. Use this time to give up an old habit and pick up a new one. Also, believe this is a really good healing time. At the end of it, you should be proud of how you used this alone time. "
