Shekhar Suman's son Adhyayan Suman recalls his struggle with power dynamics in Bollywood. After actor Sushant Singh Rajput died by suicide, the industry has come under the radar for possible malpractice with struggling actors. Adding his own experience to this, Adhyayan says, "Power dynamics and groupism are there in the industry since years. It happened to me too. My 14 films were shelved and the box-office collection of my films were projected wrongly."
He added, "People haven’t paid attention to this earlier. It’s very unfortunate that we required a Sushant Singh Rajput to commit suicide for people to realise. I am pretty sure that there might be some pressure as well even if it’s a suicide and not a murder. Because I understand the bigger you get here, they put the pressure on you and no one knows what their intentions are behind all these. It is very difficult to trust anybody in our industry.”
He further expressed his views on nepotism and said, "People who are blindly fighting or talking about nepotism, I would like to say ‘Don’t fight on nepotism but fight for groupism, camps that exist in the industry and the production houses that don’t allow talented actors in the industry. Ye industry kisi star kids ki mohtaz nahi hain. It’s a business proposition. If you are not No. 1 in the business, you are of no use. In this movie mafia, there are also outsiders who are manipulating so that new talent can’t come in the industry” adding,
“People are blaming the star kids which is not right. I am also a star kid but still am struggling and haven’t done a big banner film. People troll me saying that my dad has given me films. Where are these films?”

Maninee De has kept her relationship and marriage with Mihir Misra private for the most part. However, the actress has now confirmed that she is facing difficulties in her marriage and the couple is now living in two separate homes. Maninee has revealed that she is staying in her Mumbai home with her daughter Dianoor. On the other hand, Mihir Misra is reportedly staying with his parents in his Pune home.

"Many people had given our marriage for just three weeks, but it lasted 16 years. It means that we had a lot of love, care, and compassion for each other. However, relationships and people evolve with time. In our case, we evolved at different paces and our paths diverged. I have an aesthetic way of looking at life. Maybe, we had a karmic debt and it lived out its course, " she added.
