'Rehnaa Hai Terre Dil Mein' is a 2001 released film written and directed by Gautham Menon featuring R Madhavan, Dia Mirza and Saif Ali Khan in the lead roles. Touted to be a romantic drama, the movie is a remake of Gautham Menon's Tamil film 'Minnale'. The film is one of the cult classics in the industry. Now, from the past few days, we have been hearing rumours that the makers are now in plans to come up with the much-awaited sequel of the film. However, R Madhavan has rubbished the rumours claiming that he doesn't even know about the sequel. "#RHTDM ..Guysss ...been reading rumours about the sequel .. and hoping it’s true-cause I have no idea about this .. just praying that someone somewhere has an age-appropriate script for Dia and I -varna अब madhav shastri बनना तो hathi को चड्डी पहनाने ke बराबर है." Tweeted Madhavan clarifying the rumours. The actor is very clear about the same and he, in fact, is eagerly waiting like all others for the film. On the other hand, Madhavan has a bunch of projects in his pipeline including, 'Rocketry: The Nambi Effect', Nishabdham and Maara. The film's works will resume once the things get back to normalcy.
