Madhavan tests positive for Covid-19

Experts suggest that India is witnessing a second wave of the novel coronavirus. In the second wave, several actors have contracted the virus and are getting treatment for the same. Recently, Aamir Khan tested positive for the novel coronavirus. Now, his 3 Idiots co-star Madhavan has tested positive for Covid-19. Madhavan took to Twitter to share the news with his fans with a hilarious message, which is a pun on 3 Idiots. Madhavan took a jibe at Aamir Khan testing positive and now him. He also wrote that he wouldn't want Raju (who played Sharman Joshi) to join them this time.

Madhavan wrote, "Farhan HAS to follow Rancho and Virus has always been after us BUT this time he bloody caught up. BUT-ALL IS WELL and the Covid will be in the Well soon. Though this is one place we don’t want Raju in. Thank you for all the love I am recuperating well (sic)." Madhavan was last seen in director Hemant Madhurkar's Nishabdham, which received negative reviews on social media. He is waiting to make his directorial debut with Rocketry: The Nambi Effect, which is based on the life of ISRO scientist Nambi Narayanan.
