Baahubali producers come up with a small scale budget movie in the combination of actor Satyadev and director Venkatesh Maha for the remake of Malayalam film Maheshinte Prateekaram.

Satya Dev teamed up with Baahubali producers for an exciting project titled Uma Maheshwara Ugra Roopasya and the announcement of the same is out today. Venkatesh Maha who successfully scored a hit with Care of Kancharapalem is the director.
A while ago, Shobu Yarlagadda tweeted, "The question that I got asked most, other than "Why Kattappa killed Baahubali?" has been "What's your next movie after Baahubali?" Today, I have an answer .. excited to announce our next project shortly .. !!" and within no time, the announcement has come and it will be an amazing one.
The film is the official remake of the Malayalam movie Mahishinte Pratikaram. Sharing the announcement video, ARKA Media works wrote, "We are happy to announce our collaboration with director @mahaisnotanoun for our film #UmaMaheshwaraUgraRoopasya in collaboration with Mahayana Motion Pictures... @ActorSatyadev is the lead!"
The film's cast includes Satyadev, Naresh, Suhaas, Jabbardast Ramprasad, TNR, Ravindra Vijay and K. Raghavan in principal roles.
Music is done by National Award winner Bijbal. The cinematographer for the movie is Appu Prabhakar. Shobu Yarlagadda and Prasad Devineni, of Arka Mediaworks, will produce the movie while the film is co-produced by Vijaya Praveena Paruchuri on Mahayana Motion Pictures banner.
