MAMI 2019 features unique movies on Day 5 -  Deerskin, Young Ahmed, Sindhustan

MAMI has been bringing us some interesting films and documentaries from all over the world. The craze for all the equally high and the festival is going on grabbing the eyeballs of so many audiences.

Here is the list of the films that are going to get screened today at MAMI:

 
Deerskin:
 
Deerskin is a French comedy film directed by Quentin Dupieux. Starring Jean Dujardin the movie revolves around a man who is obsessed with his designer deerskin jacket and how he falls in trouble because of that.
 
Young Ahmed:
 
Young Ahmed is a Belgian drama film directed by Jean-Pierre and Luc Dardenne. Starring Idir Ben Addi, the film revolves around a young Belgian boy who tries to kill his teacher in the name of his religion.
 
Sindhustan:
 
This is the story of the largest migration of culture in history. Written and directed by Sapna Bhavnani, Sapna, Jairam Rupani, Anila Sunder, Haji Muhammad, etc. played the lead roles.
 
Synonyms:
 
This is a French-Israeli drama helmed by Nadav Lapid. Quentin Dolmaire played the role of a young Israeli man who runs away from home and travels to Paris.
 
Bitter Chestnut:
 
Directed by Gurvinder Singh, the film featured PAWAN KUMAR in the lead role. The story is about a 17-year-old who desires to observe the world and wishes to start a new life in a city like his friends.
 
Bacurau: 
 
Bacurau is a Brazilian weird western film directed by Kleber Mendonça Filho and Juliano Dornelles. The film features Sônia Braga and Udo Kier in the lead roles. The movie is about a small town in the Brazilian sertão, where some strange happenings take place after the death of its 94-year-old matriarch.
