Manchu Vishnu made his debut in the movie industry, continuing the legacy of his father Mohan Babu. Vishnu did a lot of movies in Telugu but only one film stood out as the best. In his career spanning more than 15 years, one film that still keeps Vishnu moving forward is Dhee. Yesterday, the film completed 13 years successfully and Vishnu posted about it on Twitter. On this occasion, the discussion on the sequel of the movie is also doing rounds. We hear that Kona Venkat will reunite with Sreenu Vaitla to bring back yet another successful movie for the Telugu audiences.
 
Yesterday, Manchu Vishnu posted, "13yrs of Dhee. 13th April 2007 is the day I experienced the term ‘Tears of Joy’. If not for my dad @themohanbabu, this film would have never released. First thanks to him. What a movie! Cult action-comedy. @SreenuVaitla you the man, my big brother! Dhee 2?????"
 
Kona Venkat too posted, "A movie that changed the lives of many including mine. as a “Story&Dialouge” writer!! Fantastic job by @SreenuVaitla @iVishnuManchu @geneliad..Brahmanandam Garu, Late Srihari Garu, Late Chakri our M.D & every actor !! Unforgettable Blockbuster #13yearsOfDhee"
 
Earlier, in a recent interview, Kona Venkat opened up about his past issues with Sreenu Vaitla and confirmed that they are good friends.
 
Now, the rumors are doing rounds that Kona Venkat is working on the film's script again and Sreenu Vaitla might make a formal announcement on the same soon. Vishnu Manchu too left it on Sreenu Vaitla to announce the project.
