Martin Scorsese's The Irishman ready to take it's slice at the Oscars.

Following the Friday night premiere of Martin Scorsese's latest film, The Irishman, the director seems to have delivered yet another masterpiece. The film currently stands certified 100 percent fresh on the film review website Rotten Tomatoes. Praised for its new approach towards the genre of gangster movies. The film has garnered critical support even before its release around the globe.

Before the premiere, the film had come under slack for its reliance on the de aging technology. Working with the actor Robert De Nero after their previous film Casino, Scorsese hit the mark right with the critics. But even this long distance between the two films hasn't seemed to decrease the chemistry between the star and the director.

Running over 3 hours, the film will be seeing only a limited release all throughout the globe before it's available on Netflix. Coming Thanksgiving, Netflix subscribers will be able to stream the Scorsese film in their own time.
