Master Movie director Lokesh Kanagaraj Thanks Thalapathy Vijay for believing in him and his team

Young filmmaker Lokesh Kanagaraj created a niche for himself in the Tamil film industry by scoring consecutive successes with his first two films, Maanagaram and Kaithi. Currently, he is directing his next film Master which features Thalapathy Vijay in the lead role. The entire shoot of Master got wrapped up a couple of days back. He shared a heartfelt post after this wrap-up and thanked Vijay for believing in him and his team.

"#Master It’s a WRAP. 129 days of shoot w/out break! This journey has been very close to my heart. Thank you @actorvijay anna for believing in me & my team ! Pulling off such a Himalayan task wasn’t easy w/out my direction team. Proud of you boys," tweeted Lokesh Kangaraj the other day. The patchwork is also completed now. The film unit kick-starts the promotions of the movie in a few days from now. Let us hope that everything falls in place well for the movie.

This is the first time in many years Vijay has completed his film's shoot at such a fast pace. All that credit goes to Lokesh and his team for pulling off such a huge task. Master features Vijay Sethupathi as the antagonist. Malavika Mohanan is the female lead in this movie. Andrea Jeremiah and Shantanu Bhagyaraj played the other pivotal roles in this film. Anirudh Ravichander is the composer of Master. The makers are planning to release the film on April 9.
