Meera Chopra, one of the noted actors in the Indian film industry shared an incident on Twitter that took everyone's attention. Apparently, her father was robbed at knifepoint in Police Colony in Delhi. The actress filed a police complaint who then acted swiftly. She romanced Pawan Kalyan in the film Bangaram.
 
The actress "My dad was taking a walk in #policecolony. 2 guys came in a scooter, showed knife and snatched his phone. This is how safe you claim Delhi to be," tweeted. A lot of people responded to her immediately. Even the cops too gave attention to her tweet. Meera Chopra also filed a police complaint and FIR too registered. When the Delhi cops asked more about the case details, she shared the FIR number.
 
"Fir no: NWD-MT-000568 at prince road near pcr police line, model town. Can send you the contact number in direct msg or some email," she wrote.
 
The cops of North Delhi took action swiftly. "Thanks, @DcpNorthDelhi for such a quick action. Makes me proud when we feel protected by our police department. It's never abt what has been snatched but protecting our elders is most important! Respect @DelhiPolice," she wrote in her gratitude post.
 
Meera Chopra is shot to fame in Telugu with the film Vaana. Later, she acted in a lot of films. Her debut in Bollywood is "Gang of Ghosts" that released in the year 2014. The actress later did the movies "1920 London" and "Section 375". Section 375 is a big hit.
