Megastar Chiranjeevi gave Ugadi gift for all the Mega fans by debuting into the social media platforms Twitter and Instagram. The actor has already got a massive fan following of 145k followers. Chiru has been giving interesting replies to all the celebs who have been pouring welcome messages. Now, he has decided to announce a generous donation of 1 Cr for Coronavirus battle efforts.
"The lockdown situation while mandatory to deal with the #CoronaCrisis, also adversely impacts the lives of daily wage workers & lower-income groups in the country including the #TeluguFilmIndustry. Keeping this in mind I am donating Rs.1 Cr for providing relief to the Film workers" tweeted Megastar. The tweet is now going viral on the internet. The fans are extremely happy with Megastar's decision and are appreciating his generous decision.
Just before Chiranjeevi, Ram Charan also donated money. Ram Charan announced a donation of 70 lakh rupees. In his statement, Ram Charan said, "I would like to applaud the commendable efforts of our Honourable Prime Minister Narendra Modi Ji & Honourable Chief Ministers of our respective states, KCR Garu and Jagan Mohan Reddy Garu in curtailing the vast effects of the pandemic COVID 19.
