MM Keeravani swaying the tunes for Adipursh!

Adipurush is a mythological pan India movie based on Ramayana directed by Om Raut, Tanhaji fame. Starring Prabhas in the lead role and Saif Ali Khan will enact the role of Ravana as an antagonist. The recent tittle-tattle is the oscar award-winning music composer AR Rahman is to score the music for this big project. But the latest reports state that the great veteran Telugu composer MM Keeravani is swaying the tunes for Adipursh as a front runner.

It is a known fact that MM Keeravani scored the music for SS Rajamouli’ directorial ventures- the Baahubali series which is one of Prabhas's career milestones. The songs from Baahubali are still cherished and hummed by the netizens. M.M.Keeravani has contributed as a lyricist to various feature films like Vikramarkudu, Magadheera, N.T.R Kadhanayakudu, and many more.
In 1997, Keeravani was awarded the National Film Award for Best Music Direction for the Telugu movie Annamayya and has won 8 Filmfare Awards, eleven state Nandi Awards, and a Tamil Nadu State Film Award. Adipurush is a golden opportunity for Keeravani. The expectations for the movie are already skyrocketed as Saif Ali Khan in the role of Ravana and Anushka Sharma in the role of Sita and now MM Keeravani adding to the team the project has the highest probability to make the list of remarkable. The shooting of the film begins in Jan 2021.
