Mumbai Theatre Owner Who Called Vijay Deverakonda Arrogant Apologises To Liger Star

During the promotions of Liger, Vijay Deverakonda shared his thoughts about the ongoing boycott trend in Bollywood. He said that let the people boycott have their joy and added that he doesn't have anything to fear. These comments did not go down well with Maratha Mandir and Gaiety Galaxy owner Manoj Desai. He slammed Vijay Deverakonda and added that that the Arjun Reddy actor should have learnt from Aamir Khan. He also called him arrogant and blamed Vijay Deverakonda for the poor performance of Liger. Manoj criticised Vijay and said that people are not turning up for the film because of Vijay's comments. So, Vijay flew to Mumbai and met Manoj Desai personally to clear the air.

After meeting Vijay Deverakonda, Maratha Mandir and Gaiety Galaxy owner, Manoj Desai was overwhelmed. He apologised to Vijay Deverakonda and spoke about the meeting. Manoj Desai said, "He is a really very nice guy, down to earth, I will keep loving him always. He has got a bright future and I promise hereby, I will take all his pictures. I wish him all the best. When I met Vijay I realised he thinks about the entire team of his films. I’ve only said sorry to 2 actors - Amitabh Bachchan & now Vijay Deverakonda."
