John Kokken, who played boxer Vembuli in Sarpatta Parambarai, revealed that Thala Ajith called him and complimented him on his work. Sarpatta Parambarai, directed by Pa Ranjith, was released on Amazon Prime Video on July 22.
In an interview with Behind the Woods, John opened up about Ajith. John Kokken who played Vembuli, a boxer in Arya's Sarpatta Parambarai, said that Thala Ajith phoned him and thanked him for his performance. During the interview, the actor discussed his role model and inspiration, Thala Ajith, and how he has always encouraged him and told him that his time would come.
John said that Ajith is an actor who always gives him motivation. John also added that he first met Ajith on the set of the Veeram movie.
