In Kollywood, everyone is eagerly awaiting Dhanush's upcoming project with his brother, the director Selvagharan. Fans are ecstatic now that the makers have released a significant upgrade. On Thursday, September 15, Naane Varuven's highly awaited teaser will be released. The release schedule for the trailer has not yet been made official.
In Naane Varuven, Dhanush will take on two roles. The plot mentions a déjà vu moment between two lookalikes. He is also depicted in two contrasting shades on the new poster.
With this project, Dhanush and his brother Selvaraghavan are working together once again after over ten years. The two brothers had worked together in the past on films like Thulluvadho Illamai, Pudhupettai, Kandu Kondein, and Mayakkam Enna. In an interview, Selvaraghavan discussed working on the movie with his brother, saying, "What a fantastic thing about Dhanush is, he is an actor and I'm the director on the sets. So there are no creative differences between us. He just simply follows me. Now my responsibilities are more because he is a two-time National award winner, he has now gone to Hollywood and to handle such an actor, I have to keep forgetting he is my brother. I have to keep myself reminded, that he has achieved a lot. You suddenly feel responsibility, to do justice to his talent."
Yogi Babu will play a supporting role, and Indhuja Ravichander and Elli AvrRam will play the female parts alongside Dhanush. The movie's production is overseen by Kalaippuli S Thanu of V Creations. Om Prakash is in charge of the film's camera work, and Bhuvana Sunder is in charge of the editing.
Additionally, Dhanush is currently putting the finishing touches on his bilingual movie Vaathi, which is being directed by Venky Atluri, and Arun Matheswaran's Captain Miller.
