Natural star Nani's Tuck Jagadish acquired the theatrical rights of Telugu states for a whopping price of Rs 22 crores.

Nani's Tuck Jagadish closed the theatrical deal with a whopping price!

Tuck Jagadish is an upcoming comedy-drama film starring Nani, Jagapathi Babu, Ritu Varma, and Aishwarya Rajesh in prominent roles. The filming initially took place in Pollachi after which the crew headed to Rajahmundry to shoot some crucial sequences. Jagapathi Babu would be seen as Nani's brother. The film was officially launched on 10th January 2020 with regular shooting beginning from February 2020. S.S.Thaman would be composing the music.

 
The movie is directed by Shiva Nirvana who began his journey in Telugu cinema as an assistant director, working in films like Rakhta Charitra (2010) and Solo (2011) early on in his career. In 2017, Shiva made his directorial debut with the romantic drama Ninnu Kori, which starred Nani, Nivetha Thomas, and Aadhi Pinisetty in lead roles. The film was a commercial success. Following in 2019, he directed a romantic drama Majili, which featured Naga Chaitanya and Samantha Akkineni in the lead roles.
 
Laxman, a partner of Dil Raju and Sirish parted ways started his own distribution house recently and closed the theatrical deal for Telugu states for a whopping price of Rs 22 crores. Laxman also acquired the Nizam theatrical rights of Megastar Chiranjeevi’s Acharya as well.
 
On the career front, Nani is expecting the release of his 25th film, where he will be portraying an antagonist for the first time. The movie 'V' which was planned to be released on 25 March 2020 on Ugadi has been postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
