Malayalam actor Nedumudi Venu has passed away. Nedumudi Venu was 73 years old. He was under treatment at the KIMS Hospital in Trivandrum. Nedumudi Venu had earlier recovered from Covid-19 infection. But earlier today, he had been rushed to the hospital after the conditions worsened.

 
According to reports, Nedumudi Venu’s condition worsened after getting Covid. He was also afflicted with some other health problems.
 
Nedumudi Venu is undoubtedly recognized as one of Malayalam cinema's finest actors. He has won 3 National Film Awards and six Kerala State Film Awards for his various performances. He has also written screenplays and has directed one film.
 
He began his career in theatre and theatre before moving on to film. In 1978, Nedumudi Venu made his Mollywood debut in G Aravindan's film 'Thambu.' Later in his career, the actor took on a variety of roles and continues to dazzle audiences with his faultless performances. His deft acting skills have drawn the attention of cinephiles from all around the world. Nedumudi Venu has appeared in over 500 Malayalam and Tamil films during his four-decade career.
 
His most recent film was ‘Aanum Pennum’, which was released in theaters and digital platforms. He has also acted in the film 'Orange Marangalude Veedu’ directed by Dr. Biju. Rumors were suggesting that he would also be seen in Kamal Haasan's 'Indian 2'. He has also acted in the upcoming theatrical release 'Maraikkar: The Lion of Arabian Sea’.
