Ayushmann Khurrana, who has become a go-to man for new-age scripts, is now coming up with his new film, Shubh Mangal Zyaada Saavdhaan. Directed by Hitesh Kewalya, this movie deals with the concept of homosexual relationships. Jeetendra Kumar has played another lead opposite Ayushmann, in this film. Popular director Aanand L Rai has helmed this project.
The movie is about two families opposing the homosexual marriage of the leads. Neena Gupta and Gajraj Rao, who became popular for their impeccable act in Badhai Ho, have teamed up again as a couple for their movie. They acted as the parents of one of the leads in the film.
According to the sources, Neena's performance will get a lot of appreciation after the release. It seems that her character is a grey one which has a great arc. By the climax, she will be the one who is handling the proceedings. The makers are pretty much confident that this is another milestone in the career of this veteran actress.
The film also features Manu Rishi Chadha, Maanvi Gagroo, Sunita Rajwar, Pankhuri Awasty and Neeraj Singh in the other important roles. Shubh Mangal Zyaada Saavdhan will hit the screens worldwide on February 21st, on the occasion of Maha Sivarathri.
