Netflix Announces Nayanthara-Vignesh Shivan Marriage Will Premiere Soon

On June 9, director Vignesh Shivan and actress Nayanthara married at Mahabalipuram, near Chennai. The pair had been together for seven years and finally got married in a grand ceremony. The film industry's who's who attended the wedding, including Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan. The couple's admirers are in for a treat now, as Vignesh Shivan and Nayanthara's wedding is due to debut on a major OTT platform.

On his one-month anniversary, Vignesh Shivan released photographs from the event. While there have been reports that the popular OTT platform, Netflix, which had a deal to release the couple's wedding video, has backed out and also sent notices to return the amount spent on the wedding, the OTT platform's official Twitter handle has revealed today that the wedding will be premiered soon. The documentary has been helmed by Tamil filmmaker Gautham Vasudev Menon and produced by Rowdy Pictures. The untitled documentary will chronicle the couple's dreamy journey, passionate romance, and eventual wedding that sealed their "happily ever after." The wedding of Vignesh Shivan and Nayanthara was well anticipated, and fans were eager to witness the actress and director in their wedding attire. Nayanthara sported a crimson full handworked ensemble, while Vignesh Shivan wore an off-white traditional kurta.
