It is already known that Allu Arjun's recent film Ala Vaikunthapurramloo has recently landed on Netflix. Upon its release, the film is garnering millions of views on the platform. Realizing the stardom of the actor, even Netflix India started promoting the film extensively on social media platforms. The other day, Netflix tried to troll Allu Arjun by calling him as Aloo Arjun. With a heavy backlash from the fans, the team had deleted the post immediately.
Yesterday, Allu Arjun posted a photo in which Allu Arjun's picture got pasted on an Aloo. It is also written, "Bear with us here...Aloo Arjun," on the picture. Netflix captioned the picture as, "Always knew potatoes were the most versatile vegetables."
Allu Arjun fans got fumed over this troll. Even though it was not posted in a negative light, fans just couldn't take it. They lashed out on Netflix for posting such insensitive comments on someone's name. With heavy backlash from the fans, Netflix removed the post after some time. With this, Netflix has also realized that fans just can't take any trolls on their favorite hero.
Ala...Vaikunthapurramuloo is trending on Netflix ever since it made a debut on the platform. Directed by Trivikram, this family entertainer featured Pooja Hegde as the heroine. It was a blockbuster at the box office and also became a non-Baahubali industry hit of Tollywood. Thaman has composed the music for this film. Allu Aravind and S. Radhakrishna have jointly bankrolled this movie under their respective banners Geetha Arts and Haarika Hassine Creations.
