The reports of super-hit film Karthikeya's sequel was doing rounds in media for a long time. Finally, Karthikeya 2 is going on floors next month. The official sources have confirmed that the film will start rolling from March 2nd in the holy city of Tirupati.
Karthikeya is a 2014 supernatural thriller directed by Chandoo Mondeti. It featured Nikhil Siddharth and Swathi Reddy in the lead roles. The film was a well made gripping thriller which did a good business at the box office. After that, there were many reports about Karthikeya 2 but the makers kept tightlipped on it. Finally, today it got confirmed that the film is all set to roll.
Chandoo Mondeti will only direct Kathikeya 2 and Nikhil will reprise his lead role. The female lead is yet to get revealed. TG Vishwa Prasad and Abhishek Agarwal are jointly producing the film under their respective banners People Media Factory and Abhishek Agarwal Arts.
