Nitya Menen's next will be a period film

Nithya Menen is one of the most talented actresses we have in South India right now. Of late, she hasn't been selecting many movies and is being very picky about her choices. Now, the actress signed her new flick, under the direction of newcomer Vishvak Khanderao. Satya Dev and Rahul Ramakrishna are playing the other lead roles in this movie.

The project was announced the other day and Nithya tweeted, "One of my most exciting projects of 2020...! More on this coming up soon.."

It was also announced in the poster that the film is set in the year 1979 and will revolve around the events which happen in Skylab. The makers, however, didn't reveal, what this Skylab is. Apparently, a good amount of money is being put in for this period film. Prithvi Pinnamaraju is producing the project. The makers have earlier distributed films like Arjun Reddy and Agent Sai Srinivasa Athreya. Prasanth R Vihari is the music director, Aditya Javvadi is handling the cinematography and Raviteja Girijala will work as the editor of the film.
