Nivin Pauly will be seen next in director Rosshan Andreew's Saturday Night, which is all set to release soon.
After Mahaveerayar, Nivin Pauly is gearing up for the release of his upcoming film, saturday Night. Directed by Rosshan Andrrew, the film also features Siju Wilson, Saiju Kurup and Aju Varghese.
Speaking to the Times of India, Nivin Pauly said, "It is a light-hearted entertainer, and has an interesting story about friendship. Everybody has a close circle of friends, with whom they reminisce about the fun old times. This film is the story of a coming together of a gang like this, who are now at different junctures in life. Amid the narrative of my character’s journey, the friends come together, joking about issues that arose in the past and sharing worries they have now. And a Saturday night has an importance, hence the name."
He further added, "Though Rosshan chettan has been doing mainly intense, serious films. But even when we worked on Kayamkulam Kochunni, I would be walking about making jokes and I guess, he enjoyed that. Also, he would say that he liked my lighter movies and wanted to do one with me. So when he got this script he told me about it. I too, enjoy doing such films. They are difficult to do, but I enjoy the process. So do you feel that your strength lies in comedy?
