World's largest OTT platform Netflix is slowly expanding its market in India as well. Till now, it has made its original series only in Hindi and it is gearing up to enter the regional market as well. Currently, Netflix is bankrolling a web series in Tamil which is being directed by multiple directors.
Noted director Vignesh Shivan is helming one of the episodes of this series. He is currently shooting this episode which stars Anjali and Kalki Koechlin in the lead roles. The shoot of this episode got wrapped up recently and there are rumors that this series will be a remake of Lust Stories.
Gautham Menon, Sudha Kongara and Vetrimaaran will also be directing the other episodes of this anthology series.
This is just a speculation as of now and Netflix is yet to confirm the news. More details of this web series will come out soon.
On the other side, Nandini Reddy wrapped up the shoot for her episode in the anthology and the other directors are busy starting the shoot.
