Aishwarya Rai is an actress who has made waves in Indian cinema with her beauty. Rarely is another actress known for her beauty even at the age of 48. Aishwarya Rai entered the film industry in 1997 with the film Iruar. Aishwarya was noticed in this movie directed by Mani Ratnam. But before that, Aishwarya was constantly receiving offers. Aishwarya, who won the beauty pageant, refused all the movie offers that came her way. Aishwarya insisted on completing her studies. After the duo, Aishwarya moved to film industry. In Hindi, Aishwarya acted in many Hindi films like Taal, Devdas, Hum Dil Ke Chuke Sanam, Gusarish, Jodha Akbar, Dil Ka Rishta, Dhoom 2, Ae Dil Hai Mushkil.

Apart from Hindi films, Aishwarya was also the heroine in Brahmanda films being prepared on a pan-Indian level. Movies like Enthiran and Ravana are examples of this. Aishwarya Rai spoke openly about some of the bad trends in the film world while shining as Bollywood's leading heroine actress. Aishwarya had said this in an interview with Simi Gerawal years ago. Aishwarya said that there is a tendency in Bollywood not to allow someone else to rise.

All crabs are in a basket. When a crab makes every effort to get out, instead of encouraging him, the other crabs pull him down and tell him you're not going anywhere. It's a sad way,' said Aishwarya Rai.
