Pathaan Trailer: Shah Rukh Khan Reveals Sleek Avatar As Suave Spy In Next Action-Entertainer; Celebrates 57th Birthday With Return Film Teaser

Superstar Shah Rukh Khan will make his eagerly anticipated return after five years in just two months. The actor, who was most recently spotted in Aanand L Rai's Zero, will play a spy in the next action comedy. It is a part of Yash Raj Films' 50th anniversary. Siddharth Anand, the film's director, has kept every announcement a secret in order to surprise everyone and smash the internet with Shah Rukh Khan's flashback in June 2022. The first teaser for the upcoming movie Pathaan has been released as the actor turns 57 today, providing an insight into the world of his spy thriller.

On November 2, Shah Rukh Khan released the teaser on social media, saying,

After 30 years in the film industry, Shah Rukh Khan held a live session on his Instagram account in June 2022. He said, “When we started shooting Pathaan, it was a lot of fun. It is an action film with wonderful co-actors Deepika Padukone, John Abraham, and Ashutosh Rana among others. It is the kind of film I wanted to do for 30 years. I always thought of myself as somebody who can do some cool action stuff. So, I think my impression about Pathaan is what I really wanted to do when I first came to Mumbai, hopefully, I have achieved that in Pathaan as an actor.” He acknowledged that he was an action hero in his twenties and that, at age 56, he is still relishing the experience. “I enjoyed it. It is fun having to do action. It is a little late (referring to his age). At the age of 56, I am being macho and solid, trying to make it work. Siddharth and the whole action team have put in a lot of hard work. Hopefully, it will work,” he grinned.
