Power Star Pawan Kalyan is finally back on the film sets after a gap of more than two years. The actor-turned-politician, who was busy with his political works from the past couple of years, is now back to the filmdom and is signing new projects on a trot.
Pawan's first release after the comeback would be the Telugu remake of Hindi courtroom drama Pink. The Jalsa actor has already started shooting for this film and is currently working on it in Hyderabad. It is being directed by Venu Sriram and produced by Dil Raju. According to the official sources, the makers are planning to release this film on the 15th of May, a week before the Eid. The advantage of summer vacation and Eid weekend might help the film to mint heavy money at the box office. An official update on the film's release will be out very soon.
The sources also claimed that the film stars Nivetha Thomas, Anjali and Ananya Nagalla as the female leads. Apart from this movie, Pawan also signed his 27th film with director Krish. It got officially launched last week in Hyderabad. He has also announced his 28th film with director Harish Shankar, who gave him a blockbuster in the form of Gabbar Singh in the past.
