The situation is getting back to normalcy in India, as many of the restrictions are getting eased down. Even the film industry members are gearing up to resume their production works. They are waiting for a nod from the government to resume the shootings. As per the reports, the shootings will resume in the third week of June. One of the films which are in the midway of its production is Pawan Kalyan's Vakeel Saab. We hear that the makers need 35 more working days to wrap up this film's shoot.
According to the sources, the shooting of Vakeel Saab will resume in the last week of June. If it needs 35 working days, the film may take two or three months to finish all its works. Thus, the industry folks are expecting it to hit the screens either sometime after August or September. Pawan Kalyan will join the sets as soon as the shoot resumes. Directed by Sriram Venu, this film features Nivetha Thomas, Anjali and Ananya Nagalla in the other lead roles. Dil Raju is bankrolling it along with Boney Kapoor. Vakeel Saab is an official remake of Hindi courtroom drama Pink. It was initially slated for a release on May 15. But it couldn't, due to the ongoing lockdown.
This film marks the comeback of Pawan Kalyan into films after a gap of two and a half years. His last film was the 2018 action drama Agnyathavaasi. It was a flop at the box office.
