Movie celebrities trying out their luck on television is not a new phenomenon in Tollywood. Earlier, many actors and directors have turned as TV hosts and gained popularity on the small screen as well. In this generation, we have NTR, Nani, Nagarjuna, Rana and Lakshmi Manchu who have made their mark on television as well. Now, another celebrity is joining that list.
Popular director Tharun Bhascker, who made films Pellichoopulu and Ee Nagaraniki Emaindi, is making his debut on television soon. Tharun himself has announced the news on social media by saying, "TV, here I come. #TharunIsOnTV." Tharun didn't reveal anything much about the project. He will be announcing more details in the coming days. After the announcement, popular anchor Anasuya commented, "Welcome! Welcome!"
Tharun is a multitalented person who tries to test his luck in various crafts. Recently, he also ventured into acting and worked in movies like Falaknuma Das and Meeku Maatrame Chepta. With those films, he proved to be a good actor too. Other than these, Tharun is also a good editor and VFX artist as well. Considering these talents of him, he will definitely rock on the TV too.
On the directorial front, Tharun recently wrapped up the shooting of his Netflix anthology film.
