Pooja Hegde is basking in the success of her recently-released film Maharshi, which is performing exceptionally well at the box office. It was widely reported that she will get to romance Varun Tej ‘s Valmiki helmed by Harish Shankar.
However, if the reports are to be believed, Pooja is said to have walked out of the film. Looks like she got miffed with all the bad press about her high remuneration. Inside sources said that She is not happy with the pay cheque and walked out of the project.
Harish Shankar and his team are in the hunt for the leading lady currently and an official announcement would be made. This film is the remake of Tamil crime thriller ‘Jigarthanda’. Harish Shankar is making a lot of changes to original Jigarthanda to make Varun Tej a hero in the movie
On the other hand, Pooja has two biggies in her kitty, Allu Arjun and Trivikram’s untitled film and Prabhas’s 20th movie that is being directed by Radhakrishna Kumar.
