Earlier this morning, a new project of Prabhas got announced. Titled Adipurush, this film will get directed by Om Raut. This is a mythological epic that is being bankrolled by T-Series. Ever since the announcement got made, fans and other celebrities got pretty much excited about the project. Popular actress Lakshmi Manchu is one of them. She said that Adipurush raises too much curiosity. Responding to her tweet, a fan said that he will suggest her for the role of Surpanakha. Lakshmi took it on a sportive note and said that she is in for it.
Lakshmi's tweet read, "#Prabhas new film title #Adipurush raises too much curiosity. I can see the glimpses of our epics unveiling in this poster. Awaiting to celebrate the victory of good over evil in 3D on screen." Commenting on it, a fan wrote, "Hey @LakshmiManchu; I suggesting my director @omraut to rope into this project for the character of Surpanakha. Wait for the next official announcement of #Adipurush."
Instantly, Lakshmi replied, "Woahhhh!!!!! I'm in. Where do I sign?" The fan was quite overwhelmed by the way Lakshmi took the comment on a positive note and thanked her for replying to him. For those who are unaware, Lakshmi had already done an antagonist role in the 2011 film Anaganaga Oka Dheerudu.
The shoot of Adipurush will begin mostly during next year. More updates about the project will get revealed in the coming months.
