Slowly, South Indian actress is venturing into Bollywood space. We have seen Kriti Kharbanda grabbing some good offers in the past couple of years. Now, actresses like Keerthy Suresh and Samantha Akkineni are also venturing into the B-Town. The latest addition to this list in Kannada beauty Pranitha Subhash.
According to the latest Bollywood sources, Pranitha got roped in as the female lead in the film Hungama 2. Master filmmaker Priyadarshan will helm this project. Hungama was a raging hit at the box office and just like it, the sequel will also be a highly entertaining comedy caper.
Pranitha is already acting in a Hindi film Bhuj: The Pride of India. Considering the pace at which Priyadarshan makes films, Hungama 2 might become her debut release in Hindi. Hungama 2 also features Shilpa Shetty in a key role. This film marks the comeback of Shilpa after a long time. Meezan Jaffrey is the lead hero of it. Paresh Rawal, Shakti Kapoor, and Rajpal Yadav are reprising their roles from the original. The shoot of this film will go on floors on the 6th of January, in Dehradun. It might hit the screens in monsoon 2020.
