Major motion pictures are returning to theatres. As the Onam season approaches, Malayalam films starring Prithviraj and Joju George will be released in theaters. Bilahari's Kudukku 2025 and Vijay Devarakonda's pan-Indian film Ligar will also hit theatres this week. Along with Prithviraj's Theerppu pu and Joju George's Peace, directed by debutant Sanfeer K. Theerppu , Ligar, and Kudukku will release on Thursday, May 25th. Peace will also arrive on 26th, Friday. Theerppu, directed by Ratheesh Ambat after the Kammara Sambhavam, is scripted by Murali Gopi. He plays an important role in the film. Murali Gopi has also composed the music for the film. Indrajith Sukumaran, Isha Talwar, Saiju Kurup, Lukman Awaran, and others are playing the main characters.
Ligar is a Puri Jagannath film starring Vijay Devarakonda, Ananya Pandey, and Ramya Krishnan in lead roles. The film also features boxing legend Mike Tyson in another pivotal role. The mega-budget film is based on mixed martial arts and has been shot in Telugu and Hindi. The voice has been translated into five other languages, including Malayalam. It is being released in Kerala by Shree Gokulam Movies.
Kudukku 2025 is a movie written and directed by Bilahari, starring Durga Krishna and Krishna Shankar. The story time of the movie is set in 2025, which belongs to the thriller category.
