Puneeth Rajkumar takes to his social media to wish everyone on World Bicycle Day

Puneeth Rajkumar is joining in to celebrate World Bicycle Day today! The United Nation declared June 3rd as World Bicycle Day in 2018. The intention is to recognize the bicycle as a simple, affordable, reliable, clean, and environmentally fit sustainable means of transport.

 

Puneeth Rajkumar urges everyone to pedal more this World Bicycle Day. Puneeth shared a video of a song from his father Dr. Rajkumar’s film Nanda Gokula. The video begins with the words 'World Bicycle Day' and goes on to play the song Nee Janisida Dinavu Aluve. The video of Nee Janisida Dinavu Aluve shows Rajkumar and a bunch of men riding away on their bicycles.

 

The film Nanda Gokula hit the theatres in 1972. The film starred Rajkumar, Ramesh and Jayanthi in the lead roles. Puneeth shared the video with the caption, 'Let's pledge to pedal more this World Bicycle Day #WorldBicycleDay #WorldBicycleDay2020 Video Courtesy: SGV Digital.'

 

Puneeth also shared a workout video recently. Puneeth is performing several exercises such as the Abs and Core Burpee, the Push-up Kick Back, and many more. He shared the video with the caption, 'Workout of the day.'

 

On the work front, Puneeth is looking forward to working on his upcoming film Yuvarathnaa helmed by Santhosh Ananddram. Puneeth will also appear in the film James. Chethan Kumar has written the screenplay and will also direct the film. Chethan is also producing the film under the Kishore Productions banner. Puneeth's production house PRK Productions is also producing films like Arjun Kumar's Family Pack and Danish Sait's French Biryani. Danish Sait's French Biryani will have an OTT release on Amazon Prime on 24th July. The film is PRK Production's first OTT release
