Dashing director Puri Jagannadh has hit back the success form with his last film iSmart Shankar. He is currently making an action drama with
Vijay Deverakonda as the lead hero. Meanwhile, we now hear that Puri Jagannadh is planning to work with Nandamuri
Nandamuri Balakrishna after wrapping up the ongoing Vijay's project. Both Puri Jagannadh and Balakrishna had earlier worked for the film Paisa Vasool.
Although it got released amidst heavy expectations, Paisa Vasool failed to perform well at the box office. It seems that Puri is now planning to give a perfect comeback for Balakrishna. The director is now making use of the quarantine period and is penning a script for Balakrishna. We hear that the film will have all the necessary ingredients that fans expect from Balayya's film. If everything falls in place, this film will go on floors early next year.
Currently, Balakrishna is working for an untitled film which is being directed by Boyapati Srinu. This is the third film in their combination, after Simha and Legend. The shoot of this film started in February this year.
On the flip side, Puri Jagannadh's next with Vijay Deverakonda is being made as a pan-Indian film. It will get released simultaneously in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Hindi, and Malayalam. Bollywood beauty
Ananya Panday is playing the female lead in this film. It is being produced jointly by Puri Jagannadh, Charmme, and Karan Johar. The makers are considering the titles Liger and Fighter for this film. It will hit the screens towards the end of this year.
