Raahu heroine Kriti Garg almost gets lured for a fake film offer from an imposter

People frauding aspiring actresses with lucrative offers is not a rare thing in the film industry. We have seen many such cases in the past. At the end of the day, the actors should be careful to not get trapped in such offers. The latest victim of one such fraud is Kriti Garg, who is the lead actress in the recently released film Raahu. An imposter called her and asked to give an audition in Mumbai. When she went to Mumbai, he was not reachable. Raahu's director Subbu Vedula filed a case on the imposter in Punjagutta Police Station of Hyderabad.

Meanwhile, Kriti shared her experience through a video clip. She said, "I just want to let you know that I am in Mumbai and I am at my house. I am perfectly safe. Yes, there was an incident where a guy was trying to impose as a big director. I came to Mumbai by an early morning flight today. I had no sleep, so I came directly to my house and dozed off. When my director was trying to reach me, I couldn't lift his calls which is why he got worried. He filed a complaint not for me but against that imposter who was trying to poach me. I just want to let you all know that I am perfectly safe. Thank you for so much concern and love."

As Kriti was safe, the team of Raahu breathed a sigh of relief. Meanwhile, the police are investigating about the imposter.
