Rabia Khan, Jiah Khan's Mother, Claims That Sooraj Pancholi Has Tarnished Her Image And That The Accused Is Hiding.

After Jiah Khan's mother Rabia Khan testified before the special CBI court in Mumbai a few days ago, claiming that the actor had verbally and physically tortured her late daughter, Sooraj Pancholi once more made news. Following that, rumours spread that a psychologist had given a report to the CBI court claiming that Sooraj allegedly didn't participate, making the information he had to evaluate from the actor in his interview with him incomplete and falsified.

In a recent interview with ETimes, Jiah Khan's mother Rabia Khan spoke candidly about her thoughts and claimed to be Jiah Khan's voice. Rabia continued by saying that her daughter was unable to communicate and that the man who had claimed to be her boyfriend had tarnished her reputation. "Like any other mother seeking justice for her daughter, I am doing the same. My goal with this voyage is to uncover the truth. The accused is running away," Rabia remarked.

Rabia Khan had previously stated that Jiah's body was initially sent to Cooper Hospital for a post-mortem before being moved to the J J Hospital. "Within two hours of the passing away of my daughter, they had already declared it as a suicide. I suspect that the movement of her body from Cooper Hospital to J J Hospital was done with mala fide intention," she alleged. She also told the court that a few days after her daughter's death, they found a note written by her in her bedroom. After reading the letter, the family came to know about the "pain and grievances borne by Jiah, which pointed towards Sooraj Pancholi". After her testimony got over, special public prosecutor (CBI) Manoj Chandlan asked Rabia Khan whether she wanted to add anything further. She then said, "Both the agencies (police and CBI) never collected any legal evidence to prove it was a case of suicide. I believe it is a murder and the accused is responsible for killing my daughter."
