Raghu Dixit to make his acting debut

Popular singer-composer Raghu Dixit has made his Sandalwood acting debut with Garuda. The film, which has Siddarth Mahesh, Ashika Ranganath and Aindrita Ray in the lead, has Raghu Dixit plays an interesting pivotal role. The film will be a hard-hitting entertainer.

According to sources, Raghu Dixit will be seen playing a character inspired by Ajit Doval, former RAW agent and present National Security Advisor, who played an important role in the surgical strike. Raghu Dixit is a very talented singer. He is the frontman for the Raghu Dixit Project, a multilingual folk music band. In 2008, he debuted as a music director in the Kannada film industry with Psycho. Raghu Dixit made his Bollywood debut with the film Mujhse Fraaandship Karoge in 2011 and in 2013, he debuted in Malayalam recording with Bijibal for the film North 24 Kaatham.
