Rajiv Kapoor passed away at the age of 58 after suffering a heart attack

In tragic news on Tuesday, Rajiv Kapoor passed away at his residence in Mumbai. The actor, who was the brother of late actor Rishi Kapoor and actor Randhir Kapoor, suffered a cardiac arrest. Rajiv was an actor and also a director and a producer in the Bollywood film industry. He was seen playing the lead role in Ram Teri Ganga Maili. Film Critic Atul Mohan tweeted, "#RajivKapoor, youngest son of #RajKapoor and brother of #RandhirKapoor and #RishiKapoor is no more. 58 years old Chimpu passed away following a heart attack. His 2nd film #RamTeriGangaMaili is one of the biggest blockbusters of Indian cinema. Prayers with the family. Om Shanti."

Neetu Kapoor was the first person to share the picture of Rajiv Kapoor and wrote, "RIP".

Actor Sunny Deol tweeted, "Shocked to hear about #RajivKapoor ‘s passing. Deepest condolences to the Kapoor family." Sanjay Dutt took to his Instagram handle and wrote, "Absolutely heartbroken to hear about the demise of Rajiv Kapoor. A soul has gone too soon my thoughts and prayers are with the Kapoor family in this difficult times. Om Shanti."
