On the work front, Rakul Preet was last seen in the film Shimla Mirchi. It seems like 2020 might be a busy year for her. The actress is all set to appear in an array of films. She will be appearing opposite John Abraham and Jacqueline Fernandez in the Bollywood film Attack. The film is an action thriller. The film will hit the theaters on the occasion of Independence Day this year. Rakul will also appear in a comedy film starring Ajay Devgn and Sidharth Malhotra. The film titled Thank God will hit the theatres in May next year. Rakul will also be starring in the most anticipated sequel to Kamal Hassan's hit 1996 film Indian. Apart from Kamal Hassan and Rakul Preet, Indian 2 also stars Kajal Aggarwal, Siddharth, Bobby Simha, and Priya Bhavani Shankar. Directed by S Shankar and produced by Subaskaran Allirajah under the Lyca Productions banner, Indian 2 will hit the theatres in the latter half of 2020. Musician Anirudh Ravichandran is composing the film's score.
