Rakul Preet Singh Joins The Shooting Of ‘Indian 2’
The shooting of the much awaited magnum opus ‘Indian 2’ directed by Shankar had resumed recently after a long delay. The film will star Kamal Haasan in the role of freedom fighter ‘Senapathi.’ Scenes with Rakul Preet Singh are set to be shot in the coming days.
After a protracted delay, filming on Shankar's much-anticipated magnum opus 'Indian 2' began recently. While scenes with Bobby Simha and Jayaprakash were initially being filmed, actress Rakul Preet Singh has recently joined the film's set. The lovely actress arrived in Mumbai yesterday to begin filming on the Kamal Haasan film.
Rakul Preet Singh captioned a boomerang video of herself standing with a victory sign on her forehead from the trip, "Indian 2 Here I come." Since last night, the image has been making the rounds on social media. Rakul was spotted in a casual white shirt dress with a neat straight hair bun. Scenes with Siddharth and Rakul Preet Singh are set to be shot in the coming days.
Ulaganayagan Kamal Haasan is expected to appear on set just during the first week of September. Siddharth, Rakul Preet Singh, and Priya Bhavani Shankar also appear in 'Indian 2.' Aishwarya Rajesh has a prominent role in the film, as does veteran actor Delhi Ganesh.
Lyca Productions will produce the film, whose music will be scored by Anirudh Ravichander.
