Rakul Preet Singh recently made headlines with her airport look as she was dressed in a complete PPE suit. She is now back to share a health tip! Rakul Preet Singh is most definitely a health nut. Rakul often endorses clean eating and plant based food! She recently took to her Instagram to share a tip that her nutritionist Rashi Chowdhary also recommends! Rakul shared a photo of herself seated in front of a table that has an assorted set of seeds! Sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, and many more. Rakul took to her caption to share a tip on how to consume seeds for better health. She says combining sunflower with sesame seeds and pumpkin with flax seeds is the best way to get more out of them!

 
Rakul Preet Singh shared the photo with the caption, "We all know seeds are very good for health but do you know how ? Here is something that I have been doing #SEEDCYCLING combination of sunflower with sesame seeds and pumpkin with flax seeds . @rashichowdhary says this is the best way to have great hormonal health ."

She will also appear in the Bollywood films Attack, Chale Chalo, and Thank God. She will also star in an untitled Telugu film directed by Chandra Sekhar Yeleti.
