While talking in an interview popular beauty Rakul Preet Singh revealed that she is willing to do a web series and stated that the digital platforms are indirectly helping the film industry.
"We cannot make each and every story as a film. So, having a digital platform has been bringing out more talents into the limelight and will also provide work to so many people. When the web series which are free of cost itself is providing so much entertainment, then the filmmakers will try to entertain the audience more as the people will pay to watch films," said Rakul Preet. She stated that she would definitely be a part of a web series if she gets a good role.
"Be it a web series or a movie, both will ultimately reach the audience?" said Rakul who has a couple of Tamil projects in her hand and 'Indian 2'.
On the other side, the actors like Tamannah, Kajal and Samantha already signed web-series projects and Rakul also wants to compete with them. With these latest statements, she is sending messages to everyone that she is ready to do web projects. Hope she finds a suitable project soon.
