Karim Morani, producer of films like Ra.One and Chennai Express are back home after getting treated for COVID-19. Karim and his daughters Zoa and Shaza were positive for Coronavirus too. They however recovered quickly and came back home a few days back. Now that Karim's last two tests have come negative for Coronavirus, he is safe to stay in his house but will have stay in quarantine for 14 days.
"To my friends and family with God's grace and kindness, I am back home as I have now tested negative twice. I was very comfortable at Nanavati hospital where I remained asymptotic through my stay, I must say every department from the government to the medical warriors are doing a fantastic job,” Morani said in a statement here. “I will now quarantine as required in my room only for a further 14 days," he added.
He further added, "It’s a big relief to be back home thank you all for your prayers. God bless you stay safe”. Before Karim and his daughters, Baby Doll singer Kanika Kapoor was tested positive for the virus too. She got better in a hospital in Lucknow and after she fully recovered, Kanikasafely came back home to stay in quarantine as a precautionary measure. Meanwhile, the lockdown in the country is extended until May 3 in order to prevent Coronavirus from further spreading throughout the country. Many areas marked as the hotspots are sealed so that no further damage happens through them.
