In a throwback Thursday Instagram post, actress Tracee Ellis Ross let her followers know how excited she was to have met Brad Pitt. Ross put up a video of herself recounting her interaction with Pitt and then broke into a song to show her excitement.
Her caption to the quirky video read. “Throwback to the time I saw Brad Pitt. And he saw me. I think. #tbt.”
The Golden Globe winner showcased her talent in the video by retelling the encounter. In the video, she said. “I saw Brad Pitt! I looked in his eyes! He didn't look at me but..” At this point the actress began to sing the chorus of her mother Diana Ross's 1970 hit song "Ain't No Mountain High Enough.”
In the clip, Ross was still dressed up. Seems like she had just from the Vanity Fair Oscars after-party. Tracee Ellis Ross wore a lustrous, gold Zuhair Murad Couture gown. The getup made her glow and she stole looks at the red carpet. The dress held a plunging neckline, padded shoulders, flowing cape, and a cutout open back.
Brad Pitt won best supporting actor at the 2020 Oscars. The win was for his role as Cliff Booth in Quentin Tarantino’s Once Upon a Time in Hollywood.
Meanwhile, the “Black-ish” star Tracee Ellis Ross is all set to sing publicly for the first time in her new movie, The High Note.
The actress also put out a message for all the single people on her Instagram. Her post said. “As a happily and gloriously long time single woman who also has a deep desire to be in romantic partnership with someone, Valentine’s Day can feel tricky. But, I am reminded that although I don’t have one special partner... my life is wonderfully full of so much special love. And one of my favorite parts of being single is how I get to choose who I spend my time with, share my heart with, hang with, giggle with, call, dine across from. I have cultivated a robust tribe around me and today on this designated day of love I hope that all of you in my tribe and all of you remember how lovable we are! Happy Valentines Day! #HeresToBestFriendsAndLovers.”
