Rishi Kapoor informs about his health to his fans, says he's fine and back in Mumbai

A few days back, Rishi Kapoor's fans were all worried and praying for him as he got hospitalized in New Delhi. Apparently, Rishi had developed some kind of infection due to the pollution levels in the capital. He was immediately taken to the hospital from the sets of his film shooting, where his son Ranbir Kapoor and wife Neetu Kapoor joined him. Alia Bhatt was also spotted with the Kapoor family in order to support them.

On Tuesday, the 67-years old actor took to his Twitter handle to update his fans about his health conditions. Rishi wrote that he's cured now and back in his house in Mumbai. He wrote, "Dear family, friends, foes, and followers.

I have overwhelmed by all your concerns about my health. Thank you. I have been filming in Delhi past 18 days and because of the Pollution and my low count of neutrophils, I caught an infection whereby I had to be hospitalized. I was running a slight fever and on the investigation, Dr.s found a patch which could have led to pneumonia, had detected and is being cured. People seem to have assumed a lot differently. I put to rest all those stories and look forward to entertaining and loving you. I am now in Mumbai."

Meanwhile, Rishi Kapoor signed opposite Deepika Padukone to star in the Bollywood remake of 'The Intern'. The Hollywood film stars actors like Anne Hathaway and Robert De Niro.
