I started this beautiful journey 3 months ago and it has changed my life in so many ways. The way I see things now, yoga has a huge impact on me. I use to practice it when I was in school as my father is a yogi and has been practicing it for about 16 years. I was so curious about learning asanas that time but I didn’t know much about it. Still I managed to do some random asanas to show my father or other people that how flexible I’m. But now I realized the real importance of it, it’s beyond words it brings a balance between body, soul and mind. It’s a process and practice of connecting to self, it’s so beautiful how you surrender and let go of so much which you have been holding on. I never thought I’d enjoy it so much that one day in my life I can’t start my morning without it . I’m so glad that I started this incredible journey during the pandemic and utilized this time in my own best way. Thank you @natashasingh for pushing me. I love you
