The latest rumor circulating the internet is that Suriya will play multiple characters in 'Suriya 42.' The makers of 'Suriya 42,' which is said to be a periodic drama, recently released a motion poster, which has raised expectations.
The motion poster showed Suriya as a warrior, and the video included frames that hinted at characters named Venkaater, Arathar, Mandaankar, Mukaatar, and Perumanathar. The five names are Suriya's character names in the film, and the versatile actor will play multiple roles in the 3D historical drama, which is expected to be made on a massive budget. A massive action sequence is scheduled to be shot next during the Goa schedule, and the team has enlisted the help of over 100 bouncers to film the scene.
Bollywood actress Disha Patani will make her Tamil debut in the film, playing the lead opposite Suriya, and Devi Sri Prasad will compose the music. The periodic action drama is scheduled to be released in ten Indian languages, and it will be a first for Suriya.
Suriya is also in 'Vanangan' and 'Vaadivaasal,' and we'll have to wait and see which of his current three films will be his next release, as all three have work left to finish.
